There are several secure, affordable, accessible and effective hair loss treatments currently available. But u have to be very carefull what to purchase because there’s a LOT of SCAMS out there.
I can see maximum of these answers have affiliate links trying to sell u rubbish products, be carefull.
The medical term for hair loss is Alopecia. It’s a normal portion of the aging process called Androgenetic Alopecia, it accounts for 95% of all hair loss. Androgentic Alopecia often runs in families and affects some people more than others. In men it is often referred to as Male Pattern Baldness.
Hormones play the dominant role when talking approximately Androgenetic Alopecia. Simple place, both men and women produce testosterone. Testosterone can be converted to (DHT) with the aid of the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase. DHT shrinks hair follicles causing the membranes in the scalp to thicken, become inelastic and restrict blood flow. This causes the hair follicles to atrophy. As a result, when a hair does drop out, it is not replaced at all.
So what u need is a DHT blocker and nutrients for hair re-growth
I have tried out a lot of products, propecia, minoxidil and so on. Once i bumped in a website http://www.HairLossGoodbye.com with a brilliant review of Provillus. This product is the best out there. I can tell u it worked for me. It’s Guaranteed to work becase they off 90 days Mony Back Guarantee! I am really pleased now. I’m not shy anymore u know. So i propose u check out his website.
It’s rated no 1 hair loss treatment on the market because it has only 100% natural ingredients like nettle, saw palmetto and pumkin seeds. it too contains minoxidil
Hope This Helps

Domestic treatment for hair loss includes hair care and hairstyling techniques that may assist you cover thinning or bald spots on the scalp. This may be simpler for women because inherited hair loss (androgenetic alopecia), causes a common thinning that is generally not as severe as it is in men. Hair sprays, dyes, and perms can assist make the hair appear fuller.
In women with inherited hair loss, hair care and the occasional use of grooming products, hair sprays, hair color, teasing, permanents, or frequent washing will not increase hair loss. But, whether your hair loss is caused by hair care, then perms and dyes may contribute to more hair loss.
For both men and women, hair thinning and baldness increase the risk of sunburn and skin cancer on the scalp. When in the sun, wear a hat or use a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or more to prevent sun hurt to the scalp.

There isn’t any. You already know that. This question is questioned every day, and answered many more times than that. They are all in the archives — go see there first before asking questions.
There is no proven way to halt hair loss. That’s fair the way it is. Whether your health is all perfect, then hair loss is at a minimum. But some people have the genetics that they will not have hair for long. That is how it is… you can’t alter that.
But, there is always someone that will sell you a “treatment” whether you have the money to spend. At minimum, their bank account grows, and that is all that is vital.

Supplementation for hair loss is quite well loved nowadays, both for male and female.
Some of the more well loved ones online are Provillus, Procerin, Saw Palmetto, Nettle Root etc.
Some are in the form of topical solutions. For example, Minoxidil is FDA approved.

Attempt using anti hair loss shampoos – I have heard that ones with tea tree oil and lavender are particularly excellent. Stay absent form normal shampoos because they contain harsh ingredients like surfactants which really dry the hair out and make your hair falling out fair that bit simpler.
