A brilliant herb — it is a natural testosterone booster and is brilliant for men who are on the low conclusion of producing their own testosterone, or who need a sex drive boost (too brilliant for women). It’s really in the Elixir of Vitality I make.

RealRawMatt | January 31, 2010 at 2:11 am

Hey Lucie, answered your question in the latest video – Episode 3.

RealRawMatt | January 31, 2010 at 2:11 am

Not a problem, I’ll see what I can do for ya.

With regard to your soup fasting question — it could be either. Soups are simple to digest, and it’s fine cooked or raw/blended as long as you’re making it yourself from fresh, organic produce. No canned crap. You can too blend the soup long sufficient to heat it up whether you prefer it raw.

@RealRawMatt Oops sorry i must have missed that! Thanks for the info!

RealRawMatt | January 31, 2010 at 2:11 am

Yes, I mention silica at 3.54 :) I’ve found that Biosil and bamboo powder are excellent sources.

Thank you for mentioning biotin — I’ll add a note on the video with further details on optimum absorption and food sources.

Take care,
Matt

Brilliant Video! I’m surprised you didn’t mention silica or biotin. Those are some of the supplements i take because i always heard they’re really excellent for hair :)

I like using a rapid mix of the following:
8 oz. fresh, filtered water
1/2 lemon’s juice
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then go in the shower and rinse it out. This is brilliant for a common wash or, whether you have dandruff or don’t use shampoo, this is a brilliant alternative to the harsh commercial stuff.

I will sometimes use Aubrey Organics Desert Herb shampoo or BeeCeuticals. I rotate and I don’t use conditioner.

but i reckon that those hunters that you mentioned could juz be conditioned under living circumstances that time, and their feats were all a kind of battle-or-flight mannerism. all the adrenaline-filled activity going on at the genuine time of the hunters…

vikingluv7 | January 31, 2010 at 2:11 am

i reckon all the medicinal systems.
chinese med, ayurvedic, etc .were divised to treat symptoms that ultimately come from our deviation from a raw carnivorous diet.
no chinese tonics can make the strength of 7ft tall hunters who could run down a buffalo.
they didnt have hair loss or graying

Creevie | January 31, 2010 at 2:11 am

thanks for this!

How much exercise is considered sufficient to affect hair growth? Is the same effect with testosterone for a woman as well?

Michael9844 | January 31, 2010 at 2:11 am

Hey Matt,

I’m curious as to what you use for your hair when it comes time to wash/cleaning.

ACEBAKER911 | January 31, 2010 at 2:11 am

i dont know of anyone past 50 yrs ancient who has not had to undergo some sort of Dental Surgery or Expensive Dentistry Repair due to Degeneration and Decay

How many people in American past 50 still have all their Original natural Teeth with no Major Repairs or Dental work ?

honestly, i cannot name anyone nor have i heard of anyone that fits that criteria ! Seems Everyone is loosing their Teeth as they Age , its a shame really

ACEBAKER911 | January 31, 2010 at 2:11 am

Matt

Whenever you get a chance, and whether its a topic you feel would benefit Others , id be very curious to hear your thoughts and Opinions on Natural Dental Health and healing

In my Opinion, its the Minimum discussed topic in the Raw World, yet a widespread problem for 80 % of the Population, no matter what Diet someone is on.

Seems nearly everyone i know of , including myself, is experiencing Severe Dental Problems or certainly will eventually

ACEBAKER911 | January 31, 2010 at 2:11 am

Fair rapid comment

Ive always been astounded and absolutely Amazed at the Healthy appearance and Thickness of Dr. Brian Clement’ s Hair.

Hes 60 yrs ancient and theres Not a grey Hair on his head nor any visible Recession or Loss , That is Ridiculously scarce for someone of that Age.

heimatau69 | January 31, 2010 at 2:11 am

Fair peruse your dominant health book. I loved it very much and very informative. You mentioned on your book soup fasting, I am a small confuse do you mean cold soup or cooked soup? Any suggestions for recipes?

Whether you can make a video on that, I would really appreciate it. I am learning so much and I want to get as much information before jumping into one of your favorite cleanse.

Undereye circles can be caused by several things, including adrenal fatigue, tiny broken blood vessels and the subsequent pooling of the blood under the skin, allergies/waste build-up, or destitute sleep.

We have very lean skin under the eyes, so it is too vital that whether you wear make-up or use contacts that you’re not tugging on the skin under your eyes, since that can contribute to undereye darkness.

I’ll do a video for you this week on how to get rid of them.

Luciek69 | January 31, 2010 at 2:11 am

what approximately the blackness underneath one´s eyes? What´s that from and how to get rid of it? I´ve heard it´s from adrenaline gland fatique.
