there is plenty of anecdotal evidence that vitamins, msm, additional protein and biotin all assist some people grow hair. there is too some scientific evidence. i can lotion my body all day but whether i lack omega oils interior my body, i’ll have dry itchy skin. what is place interior matters as much as what is slathered on exterior.
