Has anyone had results taking fair saw palmetto, nettle root, green tea etc without taking any hair loss drugs? What are your thoughts on natural remedies?

Hi, My dad tried a natural product that has a releasetrial and he was able to get the majority of his hair back with in 6 weeks.
